Looking for a film in English tonight in Madrid? You do not need to open a dozen cinema websites and decode each schedule. Every English-language screening we track, from across the city's cinemas, sits on one page: what's showing in English. The listings are updated daily, so what you see is what is playing now.
For years the only way to find a film in its original English was to check each cinema's site one by one, week after week. That weekly chore is exactly what English Cinema Madrid removes.

What do VO and VOSE mean?
In Spain, most Hollywood and international films are dubbed into Spanish. To watch a film with its original English soundtrack, look for these labels:
- VO (versión original): the original soundtrack, not dubbed. For an English-language film, this means you hear it in English.
- VOSE (versión original con subtítulos en español): the original English soundtrack with Spanish subtitles.
- versión original: the general Spanish term for a screening that is not dubbed.
A session marked VO or VOSE for an English-language film keeps the original English dialogue. Our film listings already filter for these, so you do not have to hunt for the labels yourself.

- Cinesa Manoteras in Hortaleza and mk2 Palacio de Hielo in the Palacio de Hielo complex.
